We are committed to helping our clients maintain independence and enhance their quality of life through support that focuses on mobility, mental wellbeing, and social connections.
Funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and in collaboration with Carers SA, we guide you through the CHSP referral process via My Aged Care. Our services are also available to self-funded clients or those on a Home Care Package (HCP) or Support at Home.
Caring for someone can be challenging. That’s why we provide tailored support for carers, helping them maintain their own wellbeing and lifestyle. In partnership with Carers SA through the Carer Gateway, our carer services are available at no cost. For referrals, phone 1800 422 737 or visit www.carergateway.gov.au.

Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
The CHSP provides entry-level support for older people who need some help to stay at home.
Service providers work with them to maintain their independence and keep them as well as possible.
Social support groups
Our vibrant senior groups are a favourite among our clients, offering companionship, activities, outings, and delicious food—all with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Join us across Metro Adelaide, four days a week, for your “home away from home” experience.
Social support at home
For those who prefer one-on-one interaction or live alone, we offer personalised in-home social support.
Whether it’s a chat over coffee, a shopping trip, or a walk with your dog, we’re here to ensure you’re connected and safe.
Specialised services
We provide tailored support for individuals with dementia, vision, or hearing impairments, either at our centre or in the comfort of your home.
Meals
Enjoy delicious and nutritious German-inspired meals, a staple in our social groups. Due to demand, we have expanded with a pre-order and pick-up option at select locations.
Transport
We offer transport to our social groups and to medical appointments or shopping, depending on availability.
We can also help you find other transport options.
Support with Special Needs
We ensure our clients have equal access to support.
Our specialised services include language support, advocacy, and tailored assistance for individuals living with loss of hearing, vision or memory.
We’re committed to empowering clients to navigate the Aged Care System and to speak for themselves with confidence.
Carers services
Caring for loved ones can be challenging, but we’re here to support you. From coaching and advice to carer support groups, we provide resources to help you balance caring for others while caring for yourself.
Need a break? Our respite services, including emergency respite, offer peace of mind while we care for your loved one.
